We are a mental health clinic and we treat patients with depression, anger management, and anxiety issues. During the course of the treatment, these emotions are sometimes directed towards the clinic. Hence, the arbitration clause is important to allow an independent review of the matter.

The arbitration hearing shall take place in Santa Clara County, California, or within a 50 mile radius of the clinic where services were rendered, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Before arbitration results are finalized, the patient agrees not to post any reviews, accusations, or inflammatory postings online.
