    Today was tough. Work stress got to me again, but I remembered the breathing technique Vince Giacomelli taught me. It actually helped! I'm starting to notice I get stressed around 3 PM every day. Maybe we can talk about this in our next session. Grateful to have this space to write. It really helps. 😊
