This is not a gym yoga class. Clinical Trauma-Informed Yoga uses breathwork, gentle movement, and guided meditation to regulate your nervous system and process trauma through the body. Led by Riya, a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor who works alongside your psychiatrist or therapist.

Clinical Trauma-Informed Yoga uses breathwork, gentle movement, and guided meditation to support your mental health treatment. It is led by a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor and is included at no cost for all Savant Care patients.
Your first session is a conversation, not an exam. Your provider will listen to your concerns, review your history, and discuss a personalized care plan. Psychiatric evaluations are 60-90 minutes. Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes.
