Shebna is helpful, warm, and trustworthy. I believe he cares about how Im doing. I also appreciate how we schedule visits before the end of the visit so that there arent gaps in my care. Whenever there are hiccups, like with my pharmacy, his admin is quick to solve them!

What I like about Dr. Machikawa is that she asks a lot of questions. Yes or no ones when she sees I may be getting overwhelmed.

He was a bit rough when he answered my questions. I couldn't get a definite answer about my progress in dealing with my illness. He seemed reluctant in describing what I needed to do in discontinuing one or two of my prescribed meds.
